Terms & Conditions

1. Contest is only valid between 20th June to 20th July 2010.
2. Participants are required to answer all 3 questions and to publish their newsfeed on their Facebook wall in order to qualify for the contest.
3. Winners will be informed by email or mobile phone about prize collection details and must bring along their photo identification and NRIC for identification.
4. Winners may be required to sign a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the Promoter to claim the prizes.
5. Movie complimentary passes are valid till 31st July 2010 for screenings in Cathay Cineplexes excluding The Picturehouse, from Mondays to Thursdays excluding Public Holidays (PH) and eves of PH.
6. Each winner is entitled to a pair of movie passes (each movie pass admits one only) and a complimentary sundae voucher.
7. Movie passes are to be presented at the Box office to exchange for an admission ticket to movie of choice.
8. Movie passes are not valid for Film Festivals/ Hindi/ Tamil/ 3D Titles and movies under no free list.
9. Movie passes are not valid for phone/ internet/ kiosks/ advance/ group bookings/ corporate bookings/ Movie Marathon.
10. Swensen’s Complimentary Outrageous Sundae is not valid on eve and day of Public Holidays or with other promotions and discounts.
11. Swensen’s Complimentary Outrageous Sundae is redeemable at all Swensen’s outlets till 31st July 2010.
12. The Promoter is ABR Holdings Ltd. Employees of ABR Holdings Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies and its advertising and promotions agencies, affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
