  1. Participants must be a resident in Singapore.
  2. Participants need to have a legitimate Facebook account.
  3. To qualify to win a Nokia 6600i phone, participants need to publish the post on their Facebook wall.
  4. The contest ends at 11.59pm, 17 April 2010. All entries must reach Quaffs by the date and time stipulated.
  5. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official rules & regulations and all decisions of Quaffs Pte Ltd.
  6. By participating in this contest, participants give Quaffs.com permission to use their information for marketing purposes.
  7. Winners will be notified by e-mail/phone by 19 April 2010. Participants are to ensure that their contact number or email address at the point of entry submission is valid.
  8. Quaffs reserves the right to void the winner should he/she fail to be contacted. Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained. Quaffs reserves the rights to all final decisions.
  9. Prize for the lucky draw must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
  10. Quaffs reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions and to substitute alternative prize with items of equal or similar value without any prior notice. The prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
  11. Winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities relating to this promotion and to the publication of their names and photographs.
